Terms of Membership
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These terms govern your membership of The Creators Union and your use of this website. By joining, you agree to them.
Membership
Membership is free and open to creators affected by platform enforcement. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details current. We may decline or end a membership that abuses the community or misrepresents itself.
What we do and don’t promise
The union exists to give creators collective voice, shared knowledge, and support. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the reinstatement of a banned account, the reversal of a copyright strike, or the recovery of lost income. Nothing here is legal advice; for advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
The community
Our members’ community is a space for good-faith collaboration. You agree not to harass other members, share their private information, post unlawful content, or use the community to spam or scam. We may remove members who break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you share with us. By sharing your story, you allow us to use it in anonymised form for advocacy. We will only attribute your story to you publicly with your separate, explicit permission.
Independence
The Creators Union is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform, including Meta, YouTube/Google, or TikTok.
Changes
We may update these terms as the union grows. We’ll post the current version here with its date, and notify members of material changes.
